Hello, I just realized that I purchased two dual packs (black, color) of the wrong ink in June 2021. I purchased them from Target. I am able to see the receipt from Target, but when I try to initiate a return it doesn't work. This is more than $100 worth of ink that I will never be able to use, as I should have gotten the 63 but I got the 60. It was an honest mistake. I opened one color package and tried to use it, and that's when I got the error message that made me realize what happened. Can someone please help?
