Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On 05/19/2025, I purchased a HP 9135e series printer Officejet Pro printer.  The salesperson, Rae said HP would give me 5 ink cartridges for my 9135e series printer in exchange for 5 unopened cartridges from HP 8600 Officejet printer.  Rae said a case needed to be opened. Thus far, Rae has not opened a case. I have $200.00 worth of ink that I can no longer use. I purchased a new HP printer, and no one has contacted me regarding where to send in the unopened ink cartridges.

Never heard that HP would take old used cartridges and exchange them for a different. YOu should contact the salesperson again for a checkup.
