To assist you better, are you using HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 2545 printer or the HP DESKJET 2545 printer?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

HP DESKJET 2545 printer uses HP 61 ink cartridges in the US region

HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 2545 printer uses HP 662 ink cartridges in the Latin American region (This model printer is not sold in the US)
