I can”t access my hp smart app account as my email is wrong even the text support hasn’t resolved the issue saying it can’t be edited I have no way of getting into account is there any advice? It won’t accept email or passwords or other emails to re-set another account

- Are you able to access the HP smart app from other devices using the same login credentials?
- Have you tried resetting the account from another device?
- What is the operating system?

I cannot access the app hp smart account for my printer hp envy 6032 in anyway because in the username there is an error on the email, so I cannot retrieve my password or username. I need the username to be reset but it won’t accept passwords I have now lost the saved password too.it will to let me set any other email as it recognises name & telephone and says account already exists and the account error username can’t be found?
If this can’t be done I need it deleted so that I can reset it.
I have been told nothing can be edited which is ridiculous!
