I asked to print page 1 of 32 ONLY and it refuses to do so. It starts printing from page 20 up to page 1 and I'm like... why? I have reset and nothing, finally I said forget it and let it print all 20 pages to toss out the last 19 pages.

Hi @MangoWayApts,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Print Settings:
- Ensure that the print settings in your application specify to print only page 1. Sometimes, the settings might revert to printing all pages if the option is not properly configured.
Printer Driver Update:
- Ensure your printer driver is updated. You can download and install the latest version from the HP Support website.
Reinstall Printer Software:
- Uninstall the current printer software and drivers. Reinstall the latest version compatible with Windows 11 from the HP website.
Clear Print Queue:
- Sometimes the print queue might have pending jobs that interfere. Go to Devices and Printers, right-click on your printer, and select ‘See what’s printing’. Clear any stuck print jobs.
Use Print Preview:
- Before printing, use the print preview option to confirm that only the desired page is selected and showing.
Try Printing from Another Application:
- If possible, try printing the document from another application to see if the problem is application-specific.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. This can sometimes resolve unexpected printing behaviors.
Test with a Different Document:
- Attempt to print another document to see if the issue persists. The problem might be related to a specific document formatting.
I hope this helps.
