Hello, I have a problem with my HP OfficeJet 5230 which is barely 1 year and 1 month old.
When I start printing, only the color appears, as I was told that the black ink was low, I bought a new cartridge (and a color cartridge as well).
I bought 302XL cartridges, I removed the protective films, the cartridges are well recognized on the printer and by Windows but nevertheless when I launch a print only the color appears, if I make a photocopy of a black and white document I hear the mechanism engage and make as if it prints but I receive a white page.
I have tried all the HP tools provided, cleaning the print heads via the software several times without success.
I assume the problem is with the nozzle, that it is clogged but I can't find any tutorial for my printer, I don't even know where it is.
If you have an idea I'm interested, thank you.
