I can't source 964 ink only 962 How can I get printer to use 962  I can easily get 962 ink online.  And even locally but when I put it in printer it says incorrect cartridge

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Where was the printer purchased? Have you changed your region?

The Ink cartridge numbers you shared are not compatible with your printer, but the correct ones are HP 963 Black /Color Ink

Hi So 962 is not compatible with my HP 9010  as seen online?  Even with region change?  As I cant find any 964 anywhere.
