I cannot get my color cartridge to print in cyan

I have a HP envy photo 7855 printer. I changed out both cartridges the tricolor & the black due to low ink levels. Now the tri color will not print cyan. I have gone through multiple alignments and clean cartridge cycles and still cannot get the cyan to print. I have even changed out the ink cartridges a second time, went through jj alignments and clean cartridge, and still cannot print cyan. I even went through a hard reset and still cannot print and sign in. help please.
