Hi @Magghatter,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Wi-Fi Connection

Make sure your printer is connected to the network: Ensure that the Wi-Fi light on your printer is on and steady. If the Wi-Fi light is blinking, your printer might not be correctly connected to the network. You can refer to the network settings on the printer and reconnect if necessary.

Confirm your Android device is connected to the network: Open the Wi-Fi settings on your Android device and ensure it is connected to the same network as the printer.

Reset the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer: Press the power button to turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord: Remove the power cord from the back of the printer and wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord: Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn it on.

Check for Ink Cartridge Issues

  1. Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges: Open the cartridge access door and remove the ink cartridges. Make sure they are compatible with your printer model and reinstall them properly.

Clear Print Spooler Cache (Android Device)

  1. Open Settings on your Android device: Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Select Apps or Applications: Tap the menu icon and choose Show System Apps.
  3. Tap Print Spooler: Tap Storage, and then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
  4. Restart the app: Close the Settings menu, return to the app you are printing from, and send a print job.

I hope this helps.
