I discontinued my HP instant ink subscription and YES I took out the cartridges from the subscription and replaced them with personal ones I bought at Staples for my specific model of hp printer and I still get a message that says "I'm no longer enrolled in hp instant ink and can't use their instant ink cartridges. " Well they aren't instant ink cartridges they're my cartridges from Staples and it's my printer that I bought from Best Buy so I don't understand why I have nothing on the printer screen but this irrelevant message and nothing else. Hitting "ok" doesn't make it stop. They've highjacked my printer. I'm so fed up with this company I'm never buying from them again.
