Product: HP DeskJet 2652

When I print whether it is in black and white or color, only the black ink level moves and I go through it quickly. My color ink levels remain the same and I have yet to replace that cartridge. Why does my black run out so fast?

Does that happen with all black cartridges?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
