I had 2 ink canisters (XL and one smaller) malfunction and explode ink on my clothes and carpet.

This is my second attempt to request a refund or coupon for malfunctioning orange snap off tops of ink cartridges. 

I have ink on my good jeans and counter.  I want a coupon for a new XL black cartridge and a small black ink cartridge. 

I used alcohol and was able to get some of the ink out of my good bluejeans. 

Very disappointing cartridges.
