I had HP instant ink. My card was compromised that I used to pay my bill with. So HP canceled my account but have locked my printer. I cannot use it unless I pay my bill. I have a new card now and I’ve tried several times to pay my bill, and it just isn’t working. so I can’t print fax or do anything until I get this bill paid. Unless I go spend money and buy ink that is not owned by HP Instantink program. so I went into tonight, and they asked me to open an account. So I did it’s still locked because the other account hasn’t been taken care of. I did what they asked me to do to take care of that problem and it still won’t let me in to pay it. I am so frustrated and I don’t know what to do. I have tried to call HP several times and get put on hold. The longest time was an hour. Any help would be wonderful
