Is there any way to talk to an actual HP representative? My problem: I got an error message telling me to remove and reinstall my Y cartridge. When I opened the cartridge door, the cartridges were out of reach. I had to turn printer off and on to get to the cartridges. I tried reinstalling; then, I tried replacing with a new cartridge from Instant Ink. I have unplugged it, held power button for a full minute to drain power, and powered up again. Nothing works. I am angry with HP because there is no phone number on their “Contact Us” link! If I don’t hear from HP soon, this will be my last HP product.

Are you getting the same error for both the yellow ink cartridges? If so, this could be an issue with the printhead of the printer.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement/service options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
