Hi @GaryB2024 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer is cycling like it is printing but the pages are coming out blank, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Ink Levels
Ensure that both the black and color ink cartridges have sufficient ink. You can check the ink levels through the HP Smart app or the printer software on your computer.
2. Run a Printer Diagnostic
Print a Printer Status Report:
- Load plain white paper into the input tray.
- Press and hold the Information button until all the buttons light up, then press the Resume button. This should print a Printer Status Report.
- If the report prints correctly, it indicates the printer hardware is likely fine, and the issue may be software-related.
Clean the Printhead:
- Open the HP Smart app or printer software.
- Go to the Printer Maintenance or Tools section.
- Run the Printhead Cleaning utility. This will attempt to clear any clogs or ink buildup on the printhead.
3. Check the Cartridge Installation
- Make sure the cartridges are properly installed in the printer. Remove and then reinsert the cartridges, ensuring they click into place.
4. Use Genuine HP Ink Cartridges
- Ensure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges, as third-party or refilled cartridges can sometimes cause issues.
5. Perform a Hard Reset
- With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the power source and then into the printer.
- Turn on the printer and try printing again.
6. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure that the printer firmware is up to date. You can check for firmware updates via the HP Smart app or the HP website.
7. Reinstall the Printer Driver
- Uninstall the printer driver from your computer and reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve issues related to software or driver corruption.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
