I can't print in color because the printer thinks my cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges are empty. Supplies status report shows all with 0%. A usage report identifies 614 color pages printed. This is my second set of cartridges. I rarely use color.
Can anyone explain this? Please.

Even if you think you are not printing color, depending on settings, the printer may be using all your colors to print gray scale in what is referred to as composite mode (using all colors to create black ), instead of using just black. Also a certain amount of toner will be consumed when the printer performs normal image quality maintenance.
