Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Envy 6055 e series. I changed the cartridge and it did not print the alignment page.  Went into the software and cleaned the printhead 2x hoping this would fix it. Unplug the printer waited 60 seconds and nothing.  Waited a day and retried it wont print the alignment page and when i go to word to try and print there it acts like it is printing but nothing is on the page.  This is the only 2nd time I changed the cartridge . I only have printed about 150 pages since owning 2 years ago when I bought it.

What is wrong- I barely print but 2 pages a month if that.
