HP Envy Photo 7858
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP Envy Photo 7858 and I had a full black ink cartridge but ran out of color ink.

I then got an alert that my black ink wasn't installed right, even though I hadn't touched it.

I received my color ink today through HP Instant Ink and installed it but I can't print because my black ink is broken still and I wasn't sent more since the cartridge isn't empty.

I have cleaned the contacts, the clear strip inside the printer, did a hard restart with and without the ink cartridges installed.

Pleased help me.

Every day this printer is busted is killing my business.
