I have separate ink cartridges for each color. Everything was fine, and all of a sudden the cyan blue ink cartridge would not print. I knew the cartridge had ink in it. I took it out and put it back in. I cleaned it, aligned it, etc. Nothing. I had HP send me a new ink cartridge. Same problem, which means the problem is NOT the cartridge; it is in the computer in some manner. What do I do?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve cyan not printing on your Officejet Pro 8025 printer. If the steps there do not resolve the issue cleaning the printhead manually as shown in the video here may resolve the issue:
