I received a black ink cartridge from Hp. It is defective. I have tried all the suggestions in support and troubleshooting.
When I tried to use it, my printer locked up, so I replaced it with another black cartridge sent to me by Hp, and it worked perfectly. I've tried using the first cartridge several times, and I always end up with the same result. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the black ink cartridge. Since the cartridge is defective and causing your printer to lock up, you are welcome to return it. In the meantime, feel free to continue using the replacement cartridge that is working fine.
