I have a message on my Deskjet 3070A that says" ink cartridge missing or damaged " I have new cartridges but cannot access the cartridge carriage as it does not slide to the middle but hides to the right under the pictures of the stages I am supposed to follow. How can I get the cartridges accessable ?

It seems like the print carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error
Check for any jams inside the printer, refer to this document.
