The printer screen shows a cartridge problem and says to reinstall the cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. I have tried this and tried cleaning the contacts like the on line guide says but this has changed nothing. I have tried the old 62 cartridge and this is still detected fine by the printer so I am fitting it correctly and the printer is fine. I purchased it through Amazon and their technical support just points to the HP web site, there is no help about replacing the cartridge.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the defective ink cartridge.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
