Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

Operating system is Mac Safari Since I bought in 2021 I spend6 months in Florida and do not take this printer with me; therefore the cartridges have never been removed...now I can not remove to replace with new cartridges purchased through  Insta Ink 67/305 and 67/304 black and color respectively Need advice very soon if possible...Thanks, [Personal Information Removed]

The video here may help change the cartridges in the HP Envy 6455e All-in-one printer.

 

If there are issues please indicate which step is causing an issue.
