Now that I have finally been able to find the HP Cyan 910XL ink cartridges, I have tried 3 different HP 910XL Cyan ink cartridges and none of them work.  Printer was working fine until unable to find the cyan replacement ink last October, 2020.  Now, the ink I find appears to be defective, OR the CYAN ink cartridges have damaged my now "out-of-warranty printer."  I have ONLY used HP cartridges.  I need a phone number to talk with someone about this.  I have done nothing wrong - but HP should back their products.  Especially if theres a recall due to cartridges causing printers to malfunction.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
