Hi All,

 

I am having issues when printing A3 on my Officejet Pro 7720. 

 

Everything is pixelated.

 

I am using HP cartridges and have tried installing the printer using IP address as an option I found on another forum. 

 

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Hi,

Which operating system do you use?

 

Such an issue will likely be due to using a class driver rather than the manufacturer's driver.

 

Please click the start button > Settings (Gear icon), select Devices and then Printers & Scanners.

Select any instance of your HP printer and select Remove Device.

 

Next, download and complete below installation if you use Windows 10 or 11 PC (Else, please clarify) and check for any difference:
