I hav an HP Officejet Pro 8620 with error that there is a problem with the printer or ink system.
The printer webpage indicates an X on the cyan cartridge even though it is not empty.
The event log indicates an 72234 event.
Removing cartridges and printer head did and reinstalling them did not fix the problem.
Disconnecting power for 60 seconds did not resolve problem
Can scan with printer, but can't print
I also have the hp subscription but could not figure out how to get HP to send me new cyan
