My HP 9025E is loaded with ALL NEW COLOR and Black genuine HP cartridges but is no longer printing any color at all. I have checked settings, Turned printer off, tried a printer reset, taken the color and black cartridges out and reinstalled. The cartridge indicator says all cartridges are basically full - regardless NO COLOR OUTPUT at all...even in all HP Printer status reports its only printing black.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP9025E!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e isn't printing in color despite having full genuine HP cartridges. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
Check Print Settings
- On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your HP printer and click Open Print Queue.
- Click Printer Settings or Options & Supplies.
- Make sure Color Printing is enabled (not set to "Grayscale" or "Black & White").
Run Printhead Cleaning
- Open HP Smart or HP Utility on your Mac.
- Look for Maintenance or Tools.
- Select Clean Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Print a test page to see if the color starts working.
Manually Clean the Printhead
If an automatic cleaning doesn’t work:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the printer and remove the ink cartridges.
- Locate the printhead and gently clean the nozzles using a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
- Let it dry for 5-10 minutes, reinstall the cartridges, and turn the printer back on.
Update Printer Firmware
- Open HP Smart or go to HP Support.
- Download and install any available firmware updates for your printer.
Reset the Printer
- Perform a power reset:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
- Factory reset the printer:
- On the printer's touchscreen, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore Defaults.
- Select Restore Factory Defaults.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
