Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have put all brand new HP BRAND ink cartridges in 3 colors AND black. However, when I print the test page, the HP logo at the top is perfect. The rest of the image is all different colors and is not correct, the other issue is if I print just text in black, the printer sounds and acts like its printing but a blank page comes out not even a spot. I touched the cartridges against paper and they are all full of ink. Cany anyone explain this or have any suggestions for a cure? It's not that old and don't really want to buy a new one if I don't have to. Thanks.
