Hi @gajsef,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message "{0}.{1}.{2} {3} toner replenishment error" on your printer indicates a problem with the toner replenishment system. This could be related to issues with the toner cartridges or the printer's toner management system. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Check Toner Cartridges
Power Off and Unplug:
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
Remove and Inspect Toner Cartridges:
- Open the toner access door on your printer.
- Carefully remove each toner cartridge. Check for any visible damage or leaks.
Reinstall Toner Cartridges:
- Reinstall the toner cartridges, ensuring they are seated properly in their slots.
- Close the toner access door.
Power On and Test:
- Plug the printer back in, turn it on, and try printing again.
2. Check for Firmware Updates
Visit HP Support:
- Go to the HP Support website and search for your printer model.
Download Firmware:
- Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer.
- Download and install the latest firmware following the provided instructions.
3. Clean and Reset Printer
Perform a Reset:
- Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
- This can help resolve any temporary issues with the printer's internal settings.
Clean Printer Components:
- Check the printer’s manual for any recommended cleaning procedures.
- Clean the areas where toner cartridges make contact with the printer.
4. Verify Toner Cartridge Authenticity
- Check for Genuine Cartridges:
- Ensure that you are using genuine toner cartridges designed for your printer model.
- Incompatible or refilled cartridges can sometimes cause errors.
5. Consult Printer Manual
- Check Error Codes:
- Refer to the printer’s manual or HP’s online documentation for information on error codes and their meanings.
- Look up any specific troubleshooting steps related to the toner replenishment error.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
