I have the same problem as the others in this thread - my printer (HP Smart Tank Plus 570) simply won't print Cyan or yellow.

ran all test, cleaned the printer heads, but heads don't go to centre then door is opened, had to cut power as soon as it went to centre to get the heads out. all copper cleaned still no cyan or yellow print only black and magenta, tried everything you have listed, my HP smart tank plus 570 is still under warranty

I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Are you using  HP genuine ink cartridges?

Have you tried replacing yellow and cyan ink cartridges?

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues then it could be a hardware issue.

Hi thanks for your reply,  I have tried everything, and it'd the original hp ink which is inside the the printer, not changed the printer head as I can't seam to see any on the hp site, but I've cleaned the head and the ink is coming out the head it's not sending ink to the head.
