Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer

I have two 3835 All-in-One Printer and both of them spills ink (it leaks out at the bottom).

 

Both of them have original hp ink in.

 

.I would like to know if it is the printer or the cartridge that is the problem
