I have two identical printers, one in SPain and the other in the UK. I have no way of knowing which cartridges are for which printer: the Spanish printer has stopped working, but I don't know which cartridges are the right ones, and I can't be opening cartridges and trying them at random. I really need to cancel both accounts and start again, but how to do that when the printers are in different countries, and HP's system keeps taking me to the wrong website?

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this.
