Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I replaced ink cartridge for HP Officejet Pro 8620. It was done correctly but now received message that the printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed error code Oxc19a0044.  I have wiped cartridge, removed and replaced several times. I turned printer off and on and still same error message. What on earth is going on?
