I have been using the HP Envy 6452e Print Anywhere, printer for 2just over 2 years now and it has worked fine, until today. I changed out the cartridges and when I attempted to print something it only had light blue printing and no black at all. I have been trying to get help but of course mt warrantee just expired. Now the printer sits with the red X lite up and the blue network connection lite but will not print. I cannot clear the red X unless I unplug it and wait 15-30 seconds and re plug the printer. Can anyone help me, please??
