Ink Cartridge problem after installing a brand new HP Instant Ink 61/301 color cartridge. A message on the printer says the cartridge must be replaced and I just installed it. Can you send me a new replacement cartridge as this new one is obviously defective.
Please advise...

Take the following action to continue printing:
Open the ink cartridge access door and remove the cartridge or cartridges indicated by the Depleted Cartridges must be replaced to resume printing message.
Check the cartridge for leaks or damage. If the cartridge is low on ink, leaking, or damaged, replace it.
Reinstall the cartridge or cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
If the error persists, contact customer support over the phone for further assistance.
