Hi @Jack454 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w printer is printing blank pages after installing a new toner cartridge, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Remove the Protective Tape: Make sure that you have removed any protective tape or seals from the new toner cartridge. Sometimes, people forget to remove these, which can prevent toner from being properly distributed onto the paper.

Shake the Toner Cartridge: Sometimes, toner may settle during shipping or storage. Try gently shaking the toner cartridge from side to side to evenly distribute the toner.

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the print settings on your computer or in the printer driver are configured correctly. Make sure that the print job is not set to "blank pages" or a similar option.

Check Toner Levels: Confirm that the new toner cartridge has sufficient toner. You can usually check this through the printer's control panel or software on your computer.

Clean the Toner Cartridge Contacts: Turn off the printer and remove the toner cartridge. Check for any dirt or debris on the contacts of the toner cartridge and the corresponding contacts inside the printer. Gently clean them with a lint-free cloth.

Perform a Printer Self-Test: Print a self-test page from the printer's control panel. This will help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or if it's related to the connection between the printer and the computer.

Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can check the HP website for the latest drivers compatible with Windows 11.

Reinstall the Toner Cartridge: Remove the toner cartridge and reinstall it, making sure it is securely in place.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
