@tom742, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print. On this model printer, all 4 ink cartridges should have a minimum amount of ink for you to be able to print either in black or color.
If any one of the ink cartridges is empty, it will not print. You will have to replace the empty ink color ink cartridges even if you want to just print in black.
You may purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
