Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the HP Cartridge Program and got the cartridges and they have being working until the third change suddenly I got Cartridge Problem and haven't being able to fix it.

Are you referring to HP Instant Ink service?

Which ink cartridge is defective?

 

For now, perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
