Product: HP ENVY 6010e All-in-One Printer

My printer has reached the maximum number of allowed region changes. Standard reset codes do not update the region (still 12/1). HP Smart reports ‘reset ok’ but the region remains unchanged.

 

Please escalate this case to the HP engineering team for a Master Regionalization Override or Firmware Counter Reset Utility.

I am located in Brazil, where no HP Authorized Service Centers exist for consumer printers, so escalation through this forum is the only available support path.
