Hi, My ink printer shows error as no Ink in the Catridge. I didnt get any ink after June 2022. The Virtual Agent says the Ink is shipped but I do not see in the Shipping Tracking page. Is it possible to ship the Ink as soon as possible, avoid 6-10days delay? Thanks.

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
