Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

After not using the printer for quite a while it does no not print any longer. It sounds like it's printing but the pages are blank. I tried all the online cleaning. Re aligning and other tools, as well as physically cleaning where instructed by the online tools. Cartridges are original hp and more than half full.  Nothing was changed between when it worked and when it didn't other than the passage of time. This happened with an older h p printer I had a long time ago. Hp's solution was to buy a new printer. How often am I supposed to buy new printers? There has to be a way to resolve this. When finally reaching an option to schedule a repair call,

I clicked the link and it brought me back to the beginning of the virtual support. These online support tools could not be more circular if they were designed that way on purpose. I simply want to find a way to actually talk to a live Customer service representative at HP.
