Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need to print on a specific form. HCFA 1500 claim form and when I do it is not lining up correctly. It starts to but then some of it starts to shift down. How can I adjust this to make it correct? Also, sometimes it does print correctly and then it doesn't and I don't change anything in between these times.
