I purchased a 61XL cartridge from Walmart, and installed it, and immediately my printer reads "One of the cartridges has a problem."  I have tried all of the techniques mentioned online and this error message will not clear.  I reinstalled the old empty cartridge, and the error message disappears so I know that it is a problem with the new cartridge.  Walmart's policy does not allow them to return ink cartridges, and she referred me to this site.  I would like to exchange the cartridge for the same one.  I have the receipt and it was purchased just last week.  This was a $53 cartridge!
