Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I need to install my hp 4155e without the setup ink cartridges because I didn't find any in the box when I bought the printer recently. However, I purchased new hp cartridges but the printer still cannot print and still asking for the setup cartridges. Please help!

I'd like to help!

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
