I recently received a new black cartridge in the mail, but I did not receive a new color cartridge, and my color levels are very low. Is there a way to order a color cartridge without having to wait another month for my next order? I need my color ink, that's why I bought this printer was to be able to print in color.

Is your printer enrolled in HP instant ink program?

How did you order a black ink cartridge?

Reply with the requested information for more assistance.
