HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

I have been through several chats with the AI system through HP and CANNOT just order more ink through my subscription. No where can I find a real tech or phone number and I needed this last week. I have been searching for hours at this point and going in circles for something so simple. It states my warranty is expired, however I just received an email last week about the ink subscription I have. I have instant ink, where it claims"never run out" - however, I've ran our twice. I need a real person to talk with to solve this issue. I have an event this weekend - and all printing is currently halted because of this issue. I Thank you!

Steps to Manage and Order Instant Ink

Check Instant Ink Account:

  • Access your HP Instant Ink account using your registered email and password.
  • Verify the status of your subscription and ensure that it's active and correctly linked to your printer. Look for any notifications or alerts regarding account or order status.

Review Payment Information:

  • Make sure your payment information is up to date. Sometimes issues with payment can temporarily block orders until resolved.

Order Additional Ink:

  • Within your Instant Ink account, look for options to request additional ink shipments if you're running low before your normal delivery cycle.
