I understand you are facing an Instant Ink issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

If you purchased the printer outright from Walmart and are only subscribing to an instant ink program you can cancel but keep in mind that the cartridges in the printer will cease to work and you will have to purchase new retail cartridges. The only case where you would need to return the printer is if you subscribed to a printer as a service plan where you pay for the printer and ink on a monthly basis. If you have had your printer for a couple of years I do not think the plan was even offered at that time.
