I purchased some ink from Amazon and installed the yellow today. But then I got a message that said There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off and back on. If problem continues contact HP.

It's an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium
Serial [personal info removed]
My computer guy looked at it and thinks the ink ruined the place where it connects on the printer. Any help would be appreciated.
