HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased two 3-packs of 951 Cyan Magenta Yellow ink cartridges that were designated for my printer. When I installed them, the printer stopped working! I am technologically very adept and for many hours I did troubleshooting, referencing exact problems online.   I want refunds! I had to buy another printer.
Is HP a trustworthy business?  Why can't they stand behind their own brand new print cartridges?  Also, I need to recycle the printer that just broke because of their ink cartridges, but that HP site does not operate.  Why are they in tech?  HP does not protect its customers!

What exactly is the error message you see when the cartridges are installed?  Please also confirm the model number - is it an Officejet Pro 8600 Plus (or 8610, 8615, 8620 or other)?

What are the "install by" dates on the cartridge package (or on the side of the cartridge if the original box is no longer available)?
