I have a HP C5580 Photosmart All-in-one printer that I'm having problems with after I replaced the ink cartridges. It started the alignment, but an error message came up the "Load plan white paper in Main Tray, the press OK to start alignment". I replaced the paper and adjusted to make sure it fit correctly.
I got the same message. I tried to use the instructions online for correcting the problem, but I can't get rid of the error message, it won't do anything. I unplugged from the back of the printer and the electric plug, but the error message comes back on and I can't change it.
When it did try to print the alignment the black ink was the only thing that printer. Please help me. Thanks.
